Deleting Local Data

Journal entries, mood logs, and tags are stored locally by default. Use the delete controls in Settings to remove local data. Removing the app also removes its local app data from your device.

Optional AI Reflections

AI reflections run only when you request them. If a reflection is unavailable, your local journal remains usable. Please include your device platform and app version in support messages, but do not email journal entries or other sensitive text.
